How to reproduce: - set xinput1_3 to native in winecfg - get some apps that work with xinput, like this: http://pila.fr/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/SimpleXbox360ControllerTester.zi... - place dlls from https://github.com/kozec/dumbxinputemu in same directory as previous executable. - run it.
Bug tested on wine versions 2.11, 2.13, 3.0 and 3.1. Reproduce 100% of time on my system.
