Indeed, I was using an old version of winetricks. Now I update winetricks and
the cjkfonts can be installed, but the interface still has "squares" instead of
Chinese characters shown up.

$ winetricks --version
20160627 - sha1sum: 49a061ce0ce08797e4e11b7ae28a19ec58d04080
$ wine --version
wine-1.9.13
