Still present in 1.7.35

Demo version is available on Steam (~3 GB download).

Videos can be played properly with binkplay.exe from the freeware RAD Video
Tools: http://www.radgametools.com/down/Bink/RADTools.exe

The game isn't loading either quartz or devenum/amstream so it's not a codec
issue and installing WMP9 doesn't solve the problem. D3dx9* libraries are not
used either.
