[Bug 3190] IE6 installer says all folders are invalid...

downloaded the dll to: wine/windows/system (replacing previous one) , this 
time i get:

marek@eriador $ winecfg 
Fontconfig error: "conf.d", line 1: no element found 
err:win:CreateWindowExW bad class name L"SysTabControl32"

same result with the comctrl.dll in the system dir and without it
