WINEDEBUG=+seh,+delay winecfg (can't create the window)

This is the logfile for one of the "bad" builds of git bisect, wherein winecfg
cannot create a window. Of course, before running that ~/.wine was removed, and
the command-line is WINEDEBUG=+seh,+delay winecfg
