I can't really grasp the ramification in this commit.
Aparently gcc version 4.2 added some function to align function entry points to
allow old applications to use these entry points.

On the other hand this commit had only been introduced in December 2012, maybe
it was a bugfix? Alexandre Julliard should be able to help us with that.
