minimized state

After using minimize button, operations (unhide, close etc) on windows are
unavailable.

Tried on GNOME, KDE.

Steps to reproduce:
* minimize button on a window.
* the window folds into a small titlebar version
* pressing on buttons unminimize, maximize, close is ignored.
