Do you run wine-staging?
A similar bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50161 was fixed by
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/commit/ f257f37b92041fc718de04aa83ec3139b748ffa2
It seems to be fixed in the latest wine-staging so I'll assume this fixed it.
