The problem is now in LsaLookupNames2 as stated in my lsat comment: The problem now seems to be LsaLookupNames2 doesn't handle a single domain name correctly ("NT AUTHORITY" is passed in, and LsaLookupNames2 returns ERROR_NONE_MAPPED)
