Hearts of iron 3

Loader of Hearts of iron 3 (hoi3.exe) is unusable since commit mentioned in
comment #0.

Normally there should be relatively small window with buttons like "Start
HoI3". Instead the window is 1920x1200 and buttons are missing completely +
string "Preorder NOW!" is out of NEWS box.
