It's as Austin said: your Wine version is outdated, upgrade.
$ sha1sum nb650RN.exe 19a6eb1b6f2c74173c5625baca1f317aa97c52dd nb650RN.exe
$ du -sh nb650RN.exe 12M nb650RN.exe
$ wine --version wine-1.7.10-467-g7180a83
