On Wine 1.5.26, this is an issue, again. The settings provided, for rise2.ini do not work, anymore.

I would like to also add that I have run the game in both windowed and fullscreen mode. In windowed mode, when hovering over buttons, they illuminate, but won't click. In fullscreen mode, hovering above the buttons, several positions will highlight them, but there is still no ability to click.
