I use vkd3d-git + Connor's patch from https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47713#c6
Sorry if it's not correct to create this BR considering that this is an unnofficial patch (need more works to be upstreamed)
I tried Control DX12 with this patch and the game works great despite the stuttering.
As explained in the BR's title, when "Global Reflections" is enabled in the game's settings, a red color appears in game as you can see in the video and screenshot.
