That is not true. This bug is responsible for the game becoming unresponsive
after losing and regaining focus. The disconnect issue is unrelated. I've spent
a fair bit of time trying to track down the root cause of the disconnect bug
but without success. 
The PoC on this bug does fix the focus issue, and has no effect on the
disconnect issue.
