[Bug 14849] Installation failures

I could not find an RPM so I loaded this with the file wine-1.0-rc4.tar.tar

I have actually tried the newer versions and am unable to get them to extract
without errors.

I would love to use an rpm but could not find one.

I did get 1.1.2 to load but when trying to load ies4linux-2.99.0 I continue to
get that wine was loaded with a version before 0.9 
I was hoping to fix this with older versions. No luck
