Obduction crashes at startup.  While displaying the splash screen, a small
window pops up with only "Fatal error!" in it.

Tested with Wine 1.9.17 in a clean Windows 7, 64-bit prefix.  Running on Arch
Linux, kernel 4.7.1-1, on an Acer Aspire E 15 with a 6th-gen i5, and an NVIDIA
GeForce 940MX card.
