pol.exe unhandled exception backtrace

After d83e03f6380 [1], PlayOnline Viewer, which is used to start Final Fantasy
XI Online, crashes on launch if Wine is built with '--without-gstreamer'.

Reverting said commit restores the ability to run the application.

Last tested at commit 86557b9e0b [2].
