The game probably still needs native msvcp90, judging by mscodescan's log
there were loads of other imports.

I know AF doesn't like metabugs, but this one hadn't been converted
into a specific bug yet.  Let's see what the next missing symbol
is and either mark this a dup or make the summary specific.
