Yes, I figured that was evident since I was replying to my own comment about
Neocron 2.

Also, the DMO wrapper filter is part of the DirectShow (quartz) subsystem; the
fact that it can be used to wrap WM decoders does not mean that it is part of
the Windows Media subsystem.

While we're at it we should probably fold qcap (and maybe devenum?) into
quartz.
