[Bug 18359] InstallShield fails with "Access Denied" dialog when trying to install to FAT32 volume

The obvious workaround, installing to an ext2 partition and copying over,
doesn't work, at least in the case of Shaiya. The updater fails with a cryptic
"Extraction failed" message and trying to run the game directly only calls the
updater. Running it from the ext2 volume allows it to progress to the current
GameGuard-related brick wall. Apparently IS isn't the only victim of this
bug...
