This bug is invalid.

If Oblivion.ESM file is not checked in the Data Files, the game crashes
("intended").

So, I close this one as invalid, but there are some other crashes (eg. Oblivion
starts only in windowed mode) or the checkboxes aren't shown in the Launcher >
Data Files menu (that's why I didn't notice the absence of the tick).
