LMMS Vestige flickering is noticeably more resolved.  Label flickering only
happens occasionally but only a few times max vs continually in a loop as seen
for yabridge.

LMMS tests yield practically the same results for wine-staging patches as
without.  With my patch applied, VST windows open with correct mouse alignment
but moving the window still introduces the offset unlike yabridge.

Both VST handling implementations will be considered toward a wine-staging and
upstream patch as they seem to fix different parts of one another.
