log file - failure to setup win64 env with wine-5.9

The attached log file shows the output when running the following commands on
wine-5.9.

export WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine.fpulse.0004
  export WINEARCH=win64

# clean evironment
  rm -rf $WINEPREFIX
  wineboot -u

The problems are gone after the latest upgrade which pulled in wine-5.10. I'll
continue testing the try1432.exe, and will send a follow-up.
