To run the audible render test, use
cd dlls/mmdevapi/tests/
WINEDEBUG=warn+coreaudio ../../../tools/runtest -v -i -P wine -M mmdevapi.dll
-T ../../.. -p mmdevapi_test.exe.so render.c
(or extract the binary from the daily winetest.exe)
