Log of dotnet35sp1 failing during install

Apologies for being a pain - but it looks like the latest commit to msi causes
issues with a dotnet35sp1 install. Reverting
c64d73c829c3bde7744362b2cd566075ab7e37df allows dotnet35sp1 to install again.

Attached is a log running:
winetricks -q dotnet35sp1

with:
WINEDEBUG=timestamp,pid,tid,seh,debugstr,module.
