This is from a +crypt,+wintrust,+tid,+seh,+relay log, with today's git + the
"Always set pPolicyStatus->dwError" + a patch that adds a couple FIXMEs to show
me what it's up to.  It starts with the certificate chain being successfully
created, and ends with the error message beginning to be created.

I trimmed it to avoid spamming bugzilla with a large log if it isn't needed,
but I'll post the complete log if you like.
