[Bug 16997] lotro: symbols above NPC's are totally black as is fog

tried the new nividia driver 185.18.14, only diffrence between that and 180.60
that I was running before it is that the fog/icons in question are black again
instead of white/blue-isch.

so in my case (wine 1.1.22):

177.82 - black
180.37 - black
180.44 - white
180.60 - white
185.18.14 - black

for the rest nothing has changed.
