Why are you still convinced that it's a locale problem? I already demonstrated
that the error when the locale is wrong on Windows is completely different from
the one that's appearing now. Unless you get the exact same "Unhandled
exception" error when running on Mac OS X in English locale I find it highly
unlikely that the problem is locale related.
