As a workaround, I was trying to use Winetricks. I was able to install
`d3dx11_42.dll`, but `d3dcompiler_47.dll` isn't available to be installed yet
with Winetricks.

I opened an issue on winetricks github for this:

Austin responded quickly. Basically it is distributed as a MSU package. To
extract  this requires a patch that is already in Staging, but not yet in Wine:

So once this is added, he can add it to winetricks. Or if anyone knows another
way to extract it, let us know please.
