Still the same problem with 1.3.2.
Equalizer and playlist stay always on top after starting Winamp until both
windows are moved.
Running Winamp 5.581, Arch Linux (64bit), Wine 1.3.2 (32bit).
Plain installation with winetricks comctl32.
