To workaround this bug open regedit, go to
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Shareaza\Shareaza], create subfolders for all
missed settings categories, open settings window in Shareaza, change some
option, press Apply.
Names for subfolders you can find at Settings window in Advanced section (first
word before dot).
