patch for FontSubstitute problem

Seems that my reply to Dmitry's question got stuck in moderation, so attaching
the patch here, so it doesn't get lost.

What I'm doing in this patch, wine is already doing, if substitutes are added
in b->c, a->b order.
The problem lies in that substitutions can't really be serialized, reverse
checks are needed.
