You're right. After 'winetricks msxml3' I'm able to see 'Set Values' dialogue
from Matrix menu.

Anyway, original summary tells about Levels dialogue from Plot Details which
works with current Wine (with native msxml3 and without it).

I'm changing summary, component and confirming.
