[Bug 12353] The Bat! main window disappears on load, program keeps running in tray

You're right, it looks like the same bug. However, in The Bat! there is the
additional problem that the main window disappears, even though it's not
minimized.

Would you accept a patch that only skips the taskbar if the owner is present in
the taskbar in the first place?
