I disagree with your assessment of the severity. Without accurate sampling,
accurate velocity and reflectivity measurments are impossible, the radar just
becomes a pretty picture on the screen. Without accurate sampling, storm motion
cannot be calculated thus rotation cannot be determined. This radar is rendered
useless until this bug is fixed.
