[Bug 9916] "make test" usually fails

So, after the great 'make test' bugsquish at wineconf, 
"make test" only has seven module failures for me instead of 22:
d3d9: visual
ddraw: visual
kernel32: comm
msi: db
msvcrt: heap
user32: msg, win
and I no longer have to click "OK" once,
but I still have to do "wineserver -k" twice to unstick it.

(This is on a different machine, so maybe I'm picking up
some new failures, too.)
