[Bug 31340] Oblivion : black skin of all the npc's

Just tried it on the laptop with an intel gpu. The rest of the installation is
100% identical. With the intel card I could confirm, the npc has always a black
skin.

OpenGL vendor string: Tungsten Graphics, Inc
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ironlake Mobile 
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 8.0.3
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20
