From your log:
Wine build: wine-3.6 (Ubuntu 3.6-1)
That will not work AT ALL.
Ubuntu repo's do not have an up to date wine.
For upgrading wine, you need to follow this gude: https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu
OBS! Pay attention and follow ALL directions, including: Ubuntu 18.04/Linux Mint 19.x do not provide FAudio, which is a dependency of current Wine. Follow the instructions in https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=32192 to install FAudio from the OBS. (FAudio packages for Ubuntu 19.10 and later are in the distro's universe repository.)
To actually play World of Warcraft (regardless of distro) with more than 5 fps, you need (easiest) DXVK (Google it). To use D3D12, you need a self-compiled version for Ubuntu 18.04.
Depending on your tweaking skills, Lutris is not a bad spot to start for getting various pre-compiled wine versions and whatnot :)
