[Bug 12905] EVE Online light effects and some other objects are not blended correctly when HDR is enabled

To be honest i don't know what HDR and bloom is, but difference is obvious:

1) Most of reflecting parts of ships became more shiny when lit with any
projector
2) E.g. lasers got 'glow' effect around turrets, and most of light-emitting
devices too.

I don't see any of mentioned effects when HDR is off.

So, it seems that HDR worked on my GF8600GT mobile (acer 5920)
