That's on purpose. You can set Xft resources using the "Wine" class if you want Wine-specific behavior.
Actually that doesn't work, there needs to be some other desktop mechanism for this. We can't use the registry settings because that would break it for everybody.
I'm sorry but I don't know what you're trying to say? Is there some other setting to disable subpixel rendering? Is there for example an option in winecfg to disable subpixel rendering?
