A fixme is not, in itself, a bug, and if everything is working, you can ignore
them. Wine often prints lots of harmless messages in the console for apps that
work perfectly fine.

In the case of dnasp51001.msi, I do get that message in the console when I
install it with msiexec /i, but it does not prevent the app from installing,
and the installed app runs.
