Doesn't work here with wine-10.15-76-gd54cb4c64cc. As I mentioned in the
original comment, you can reproduce this with `winetricks -q icodecs` (--force
is also needed to bypass the win64 prefix check).

Also fails in wine-10.15-125-gfc70990d579
