[Bug 12007] Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Dragging Layers between Images dont work

I don't want to disable crash dialog. I am not a user, at this time I am
developer and I want to see crash reason.

To reproduce I started elevated1024x768.exe downloaded from bug 37728. It
crashes for me. From this crash dialog I got an explanation why (d3dx9_33). I
need the button "Show details" to be clickable.
I think with other games that crashes this bug will be reproduced.

The patch was proposed by Dmitry Timoshkov here for mainstream wine-hq. Why it
should be separate bug of wine-staging?
