I'm running the game with CSMT=off because performance is unacceptable otherwise. After playing the intro videos the game crashes (before the main menu would show up). This used to work up until commit a7c320d184fb9d48239caf0f5529b6992477b82b wined3d: Use command buffer IDs for synchronisation in wined3d_buffer_gl_sync_apple().
Can be reproduce with the demo version (needs native d3dx9_31.dll).
