It is impossible for me to remove this one libpulse0, because it means to remove full kde4. That`s not that I want.
Then report the bug to pulse and kde developers, because it's the libpulse which crashes, not wine code.
Since Wine has no libpulse driver, the problems with pulseaudio only occur when the pulseaudio daemon is running. libpulse0 is benign in this situation.

Due to the nature of the conflict between pulseaudio and Wine, any bug reported with pulseaudio running is likely to be ignored. Pulse doesn't JUST cause audio problems with Wine, it *can* also cause crashes or massive performance loss.
Also note, I can't find any references to "ICCup Launcher" on the ICCup website. What application is this exactly?
