[Bug 14663] WineCFG very slow when network is up

I do not have any printer configured in CUPS, since the moment I don't even
have a printer :P

I tried removing, renaming, recreating the $HOME/.wine, didn't work.
Even tried downgrading, upgrading to 1.1.2 compiling from scratch or using the
tool included in file .tar.bz2.

Tried just now to re-emerge world, checking dependencies, ldconfig, ..
everything seems fine, except this huge latency.
