The ListView control is supposed to be "readonly" with no interaction, hence WS_DISABLED style. The (minor) thing that Wine got wrong here is the background color of the disabled ListView control. It should be gray to indicate the control is disabled.
'winetricks -q comctl32' works around.
I've refined the ticket in anticipation of dupes.
