wine-0.9.48-196-gbeab2c1
Short-term solution had been to run winecfg and set audio to OSS driver rather
than ALSA. That does stop the looping. 
However, the OSS option doesn't work as well as it did last week. DNS9 now runs
very slowly, with increased latency. And, if you dictate a long phrase, it
drops words at the end.
This seems to be a regression, since a week ago DNS9 ran fine once I selected
OSS.
