This game works in windowed mode but in fullscreen if you alt-tab game
immediately steals focus back. This makes it impossible to write anything
unless you switch to windowed mode first and I can't see anything useful in
log. These two windows are only in fullscreen (launched script to get these
with middle mouse in terminal)

Inclined to think this is GPU driver bug of some sort. I switched to Nvidia,
and focus steal doesn't happen anymore. Instead entering fullscreen moves game
to minimized state, and restoring it shows game on second monitor instead of
primary one (but menu shows on first monitor, if i hover mouse on top of it).
Brightness goes to 100% for few seconds upon restoring from minimized too.
Virtual desktop doesn't have this problem, works perfectly and no focus steal
problems.

Should i mark this resolved or not?

Minor, but WORKSFORME isn't quite correct given that you reported the bug.
Switching to ABANDONED since you can't reproduce anymore with your current
setup.
