Please re-test. In Wine 10.0-rc3 it works for me, there are no white lines.
Also note that the previous screenshot attached here is the working screenshot, not the broken screenshot (which is on the ReactOS bug tracker).

Where does it show that? The background is the same color throughout the window.

Wine 10.3 still affected. See "red squared" lines having the problem of white background
